Prior investors such as Pritzker Group Venture Capital and Insight Venture Partners shared our vision and have empowered us to transform the facilities maintenance industry and develop our world-class technology platform, One by SMS Assist.

Today we are celebrating the next wave of growth for SMS Assist. We are thrilled to announce that we have raised $150 million in Series D funding in capital managed by Goldman Sachs Investment Partners. This brings our total venture funding to $258 million.
